i liked that the location was excellent. it put me close to everything in the city. the room was meticulously designed! they even provided basic essentials a tourist might need, like a free recycled tote bag.

Room 101 was terrible. It is right next to the lobby. i could hear people in the corridors slamming doors. the tiny window faced a canteen. the energy-saving lighting system is inconvenient! imagine being in the shower. Suddenly, the lights turn off leaving me in darkness.

i found the location perfect, within an easy walk to many key attractions. the tote bag and quirky stickers were lovely mementos, such a thoughtful touch. i especially cherished the polaroid camera, allowing me to capture memories with a tangible keepsake.

i noticed some slight sound from outside at times, but it didn't detract significantly from an otherwise restful place.

i found the self check-in process very easy using the key code. the laundry room had two washing machines with detergent provided. a yoga mat was available in the room, a nice touch. i appreciated the instax camera for taking photos.

i found it a little difficult to get immediate assistance from a human when needed.
